	The Dixon Council is located near the corner of Madison and 3^rd St. Dixon Illinois. The Grand Knight for 2009-2010 is Tony Cook. Council #690 Meets on the 1^st and 3^rd Monday of Each Month. In 2009 We’re trying something new with a social or meeting with speakers on the 1^st Monday, and a more formal meeting on the 3^rd Monday. Note that we are moving to 6:30 for most meetings in 2009! We’ll see how it goes! More members at meetings is good! The Knights of Columbus was organized in Dixon in June of 1902 by John Ford, John Erwin and other Catholic men. #690 Council works closely with the St. Annes, and St. Patricks Parish in Dixon, providing funds for various projects and hours of volunteer service for the Community.
